        As we celebrate the 1st founding anniversary of this website (mabalacat.gov.ph) today, it is just but fitting to congratulate the people behind its success who painstakingly brave all odds just to make it possible.  Let us give Ka Roger Tanglao a "pat at the back" and extend our special thanks to Mr. Jeff Tanglao that maintains the site in the web for their job well done.

        Congratulations to Mayor Boking Morales, to Vice Mayor Pros Lagman, to the whole members of the Sangguniang Bayan, to Mr. Rosan Paquia, to Mr. Jojo Sanchez who is always supportive to Ka Roger and to the whole work force of the Local Government of Mabalacat being part of this organization with special mention to Mr. Jun Magbalot and the Department Heads.
